Press Release: Callies & Schewe becomes MSKCSS Germany

Tallinn/Mannheim, 1/4/23 - Estonian agency group Müürsepp, Sarapuu & Kruus (MSK) continues its expansion course by acquiring the renowned German agency Callies & Schewe, based in Mannheim.

Tallinn-based MSK is the fastest-growing agency in the "digital wonderland" of Estonia and is expanding its global presence. "We are proud to welcome Callies & Schewe to our family. The merger opens new horizons for creative and sustainable solutions that we can now offer to clients in Germany", says Enna Kruus, Spokeswoman of the Board of Directors.

The new agency will operate in Germany under the name Müürsepp, Sarapuu, Kruus, Callies, Schewe & Stjepandic, in short: MSKCSS Germany.

"It is with great pleasure that we join this forward-looking team and form a new powerhouse. Moreover, in summer the sun almost never sets in Estonia - this opens up the opportunity for us to work around the clock and be there for our customers," says Sebastian Callies, Managing Director of Callies & Schewe.

Kim Schewe, Chief Officer (CO) and also co-founder of Callies & Schewe, emphasizes the advantages of the merger: "It is certainly the first time that an Estonian agency has taken over a German one. In this respect, we are making history and bringing our clients into direct contact with Estonian digital experts."

The founding of MSKCSS Germany creates a dynamic brand agency group with over 100 employees in Estonia and Germany. MSKCSS will focus on cross-industry development of growth disruptive ideas and sustainable marketing campaigns that deliver both economic and environmental answers. "Together we will shape the branding of tomorrow: engaging, viral and AI-based. For many people, with as few as possible," says Jaan Müürsepp, Thought Leader and CEO of MSK.
